What we collect
Account details you provide when you sign up (name, email, organization). Booking and fleet data your staff enter or that customers submit through your embeddable form (contact info, event details, vehicle preferences).
How we use it
To operate the Ride Reserve product for your organization: run the board, send transactional booking emails, and improve reliability. We do not sell customer lists or booking data.
Where it lives
Application data is stored in a managed Postgres database hosted by Supabase. Marketing site forms (such as contact) may be processed by Netlify Forms. Auth sessions are handled by Supabase Auth.
Your customers
When someone books through your embed, they are interacting with your fleet’s booking flow. You are the controller of that customer relationship; we process that data on your behalf to deliver the product.
Retention & export
You can export your data from the product. If you cancel, we keep data available for export for 30 days, then delete it from active systems unless law requires longer retention.
