The service
Ride Reserve provides booking and operations software for charter and party-bus fleets, including a staff board and embeddable customer forms. Features and plans are described on the pricing page and may change as the product evolves.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your organization, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of fleet and booking data you store. You must have the right to use any customer information you collect through embeds.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse email sending, or use Ride Reserve for unlawful transport or fraud. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing page (or a written agreement). Trials do not require a card. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply on the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party outages (hosting, email) can affect availability.
